ConclAIve is a demonstration platform showcasing advanced AI reasoning systems, multi-agent analytical frameworks, and custom cognitive architectures designed for professional, research, and enterprise applications.

The modules presented are demonstrations only and are not currently offered as subscription-based services. All commercial arrangements are subject to individual negotiation.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All systems, prompts, workflows, pipelines, reasoning frameworks, and methodologies displayed on this platform are the exclusive intellectual property of Legacy Experience Initiative Limited Company and Alexandre Mogilamy.

Strictly prohibited:

• Reproducing, copying, or reverse-engineering any module, system, or workflow
• Commercial use of concepts, prompts, or pipelines without prior written authorization
• Reselling, sublicensing, or distributing any content from this platform
• Attempting to extract proprietary reasoning structures or prompt engineering techniques

Permitted use:

• Educational or journalistic citation with proper attribution
• Referencing ConclAIve methodologies in academic or professional contexts with a link to www.conclaive.ai

Any infringement may result in legal action under applicable intellectual property laws.

3. Commercial Licensing & Custom Development

ConclAIve systems are not available via standard subscriptions. However, the following commercial arrangements are possible through direct negotiation:

4. Technical Architecture

ConclAIve operates through API integrations with leading Large Language Model (LLM) providers including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others. Performance, availability, response quality, and operational costs may vary depending on third-party service providers.

5. Demonstration Status & Limitation of Liability

IMPORTANT: ConclAIve is a demonstration platform. All modules, outputs, and analyses are provided "as-is" for illustrative purposes only.

No Guarantees:

• AI-generated results are not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or suitable for any specific purpose
• Outputs should be validated by qualified professionals before use in critical applications
• Legacy Experience Initiative Limited Company assumes no responsibility for decisions made based on AI-generated analyses

We are not liable for:

• Financial, legal, medical, operational, or strategic outcomes resulting from module use
• Third-party API failures, service interruptions, or model performance degradation
• Errors, hallucinations, or inconsistencies in AI-generated content
• Any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damages

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use ConclAIve systems for:

• Generating harmful, discriminatory, defamatory, or unethical content

• Automated scraping, bulk data extraction, or systematic copying

7. No Warranty

ConclAIve is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

8. Modifications to Terms

Legacy Experience Initiative Limited Company reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Applicable Law & Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States. Any disputes arising from the use of ConclAIve shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Las Vegas, Nevada.
