Architecture
ELLMENT processes operator queries through a 4-cycle doctrine-grounded pipeline. Each cycle deepens analysis: initial retrieval, doctrinal cross-reference, tactical context integration, and synthesis with confidence assessment.
Responses are constrained by platform role. An E-2D operator receives information scoped to airborne early warning and battle management functions. Role boundaries are code-enforced, not prompt-suggested.
Source Integrity
- Document Authentication — Verify source provenance against registered doctrine corpus.
- RAG Chunk Validation — Cross-reference retrieved chunks against full document context to prevent fragment hallucination.
- Citation Enforcement — Every claim must reference a specific document section. Unsourced statements are flagged.
- Consistency Check — Multi-pass verification across retrieved chunks for contradictions.
- Platform Role Filter — Final output filtered through platform-specific role constraints. Information outside scope is excluded.
Doctrine Corpus
10 doctrine documents indexed into 1908 retrieval chunks. Documents cover platform operations, tactical procedures, threat identification, and command relationships. Corpus is versioned and auditable.
Deployment
Fully offline. Designed for air-gapped, classified environments. Sub-30-second inference on standard hardware. No external API dependencies. All models run locally with domain-specific fine-tuning.
