Pipeline

  1. Situation Understanding — Parse operational context, forces, terrain, and constraints into structured representation.
  2. Course of Action Generation — Three independent agents generate distinct tactical approaches. No shared context, no groupthink.
  3. Red Team Analysis — Adversarial agent stress-tests each COA against doctrine-specific threats, scoring vulnerability and exploitability.
  4. Comparative Judgment — Multi-criteria evaluation across survivability, mission success, tempo, and risk.
  5. Decision Analysis — Monte Carlo simulation (1000 iterations), minimax regret, sensitivity analysis. Quantified recommendation with confidence intervals.

Mathematical Foundation

Every recommendation is backed by formal methods. Monte Carlo with 10 perturbation types validates robustness. Minimax regret (Savage, 1951) ensures worst-case optimality. MCDA weighted sum model integrates multiple criteria. One-at-a-time sensitivity analysis produces tornado diagrams showing parameter influence.

Wilson 95% confidence intervals on success rates. Kendall tau-b for inter-agent ranking agreement. Jaccard distance for COA similarity detection.

Doctrine Integration

6 adversary doctrine profiles: Russia (land), Russia (naval), China (naval), Iran (naval), DPRK (naval), generic peer competitor. Each profile constrains red team behavior to doctrine-accurate responses.

Deployment

Primarily offline. Runs on air-gapped hardware with locally-hosted specialized models and fine-tuned domain experts. Full pipeline completes in under two minutes. Online frontier models available when connectivity permits.
